PURPOSE: A mouse having a listening unit is provided to enlarge an action range of a user in accordance with an extension of a length of cable and enable the user to listen to a sound conveniently by mounting an earphone or a sound connection line having a connection unit at the end thereof, and a sound adjusting device capable of adjusting a sound in a mouse. CONSTITUTION: A listening unit is mounted in a mouse. The listening unit is drawn out to exterior of the mouse for listening to a sound. A sound adjusting device(70) is mounted in the mouse. The listening unit comprises an ear phone(92) or a connection sound line having a connection unit for connecting to the ear phone(92) or a speaker(15). A fixing unit includes a cylinder shaft formed a central portion thereof for winding the listening unit. The fixing unit comprises a latch having a teeth of a sawtooth shape for stopping the listening unit and a return spring one end thereof is fixed to the latch and the other end thereof is fixed to a main body(13) of the mouse for endowing an elastic force to the latch. The fixing unit includes a pawl which is engaged in the teeth of the latch for preventing a reverse operation of the latch and a return button(72) for releasing a support of the latch by the pawl and making the listening unit be returned to the interior of the mouse by the return spring.
