发明名称 SIMULTANEOUS ANALYZING METHOD FOR CR3+ AND CR6+ AND SUBSTRATE FOR ANALYSIS THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for simultaneously analyzing Cr3+ and Cr6+ and an analyzing substrate thereof are provided to manufacture an analysis substrate in an ultra small size and utilize the flow injection method and the chemiluminescence detection method together, thereby precisely and simultaneously analyzing Cr3+ and Cr6+ in real time. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously analyzing Cr3+ and Cr6+ includes the steps of mixing a sample in which Cr3+ and Cr6+ are mixed with water via a first channel(13) and mixing a chemiluminescence reagent with an oxidizing agent via a second channel(16), conveying the mixture between the mixture samples and water along the first channel and the mixture between the chemiluminescence reagent with the oxidizing agent along the second channel, mixing the mixtures via a third channel(17) and reacting the chemiluminescence reagent with the oxidizing agent by a catalyst of Cr3+ to emit light, quantizing the Cr3+ by detecting the light, discharging the samples and the reagent after the reaction, mixing a sample in which Cr3+ and Cr6+ are mixed with a reduction agent which reduces Cr6+ to Cr3+ via the first channel and mixing the chemiluminescence reagent with the oxidizing agent via the second channel, conveying the mixture solution of the mixture sample and the reduction agent along the first channel to reduce Cr6+ to Cr3+ and conveying the mixture solution of chemiluminescence reagent with the oxidizing agent via the second channel, repeating the third to fifth steps, and quantizing the Cr6+ while comparing amounts of the Cr3+ quantized in the fourth and eighth step respectively.
