PURPOSE: A device for reducing noise for an intake duct is provided to reduce the noise of a specified frequency band because the noises having each different phase difference are compensated by passing the acoustic plate. CONSTITUTION: In an intake duct(10), an acoustic plate(11) has a V-shape, and is installed at the inside of the intake duct to make the acoustic plate level with the flow direction of intake air. Thus, asymmetric intake flow passages(12,13) are formed at the upper and lower part of the acoustic plate.
