PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent the backlash of a gear when a rotating direction of a gear changes by setting a rotating speed of a pulley faster than that of the gear. CONSTITUTION: A gear(20) is engaged with the first rotation center shaft(11) and the second rotation center shaft(12) to have a predetermined RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) ratio. The second rotation center shaft(12) is away from the first rotation center shaft(11) by a predetermined distance. A pulley(30) is installed at the first rotation center shaft(11) and the second rotation center shaft(12) to have a predetermined RPM ratio greater than the RPM ratio of the gear(20). The pulley(30) drives faster than the rotating speed of the gear(20). The first rotation center shaft(11) is connected to a motor. The first rotation center shaft(11) receives a rotary force generated by the motor and is rotated by a rotation of the first rotation center shaft(11).
