PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of a p-nitrophenylsulfonylethoxycarbonyl protected PNA monomer with the amino protected group of 2-aminoethylglycine backbone, thereby easily producing a PNA oligomer by effectively deprotecting the PNA monomer under mild condition. CONSTITUTION: The peptide nucleic acid(PNA) monomer is represented by the formula(1) or (2). In the formula(1), B is adenine, guanine and cytosine and R1 is a 4-methoxyphenyldiphenylmethyl group, and in the formula(2) B is adenine, guanine, cytosine, R1 is a 4-methoxyphenyldiphenylmethyl group and R' is a C1-C6 alkyl group. The preparation method of the PNA monomer employs an intermediate represented by the formula(3), wherein R' is a methyl group or an ethyl group. |
