The present invention provides a bracket for mounting a speaker that allows a speaker to be easily mounted and removed without impairing the acoustic characteristics of the speaker used for a specific use such as car audio equipment, and that can reduce the possibility of the speaker being damaged during mounting or removal. The bracket of the present invention includes a base plate; and a plurality of hooks that are provided on one face of the base plate and can engage with a part of an edge of a speaker frame. <IMAGE>
