PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spray having excellent handleability and improved working efficiency by performing the spray work only with the switching operation of an opening/closing cock without on/off switching a motor for driving a pump. SOLUTION: In the spray provided with a tank 1 housing a spray liquid, a pump 2 for forcibly feeding the spray liquid in the tank 1 to a spray nozzle 10, an air chamber 6A provided at the outlet of the pump 2, the opening/closing cock 11 provided at the base part side of the spray nozzle 10 and the motor 4 for driving the pump 2, the motor 4 is stopped when the liquid level in the air chamber 6A exceeds a range of the up and down movement of the liquid level in the normal operation to increase to equal to or above a fixed level and the motor 4 is rotated when the liquid level in the air chamber 6A exceeds the range of the up and down movement of the liquid level in the normal operation to decrease to equal to or below a fixed level.
