PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily expand variation in a decorative design property while restraining increase in a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: An opening 12 for ornamentation is formed in a disc member 4, and an ornamentation member 13 is fixed to an attaching surface side of the disc member 4 so as to close at least a part of the opening 12 for ornamentation. An ornamentation surface 16 of the ornamentation member 13 can be arranged to a position which is lower by one stage than a surface of a spoke part 11 of the disc member 4, or the ornamentation member 13 is projected to a design surface side from the opening 12 for ornamentation to arrange the ornamentation surface 16 of the ornamentation member 13 to a position higher than the surface of the spoke part 11 of the disc member 4, or the ornamentation surface 16 of the ornamentation member 13 is arranged to the same level as the surface of the spoke part 11, thereby expanding the variation for improving the design property.
