PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive damping sheet based on high raw material efficiency constituted so that a PET film is ground without being peeled from a damping resin layer and the ground one is mixed with the damping resin layer to be supplied to the damping sheet. SOLUTION: The damping sheet is constituted by laminating the damping resin layer, which comprises a resin composition containing a styrene/isoprene block copolymer, an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, an inorganic powder and a regenerated polyethylene terephthalate powder, on a polyethylene terephthalate film.
