PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt fastener which easily works, has compactness, and can be manufactured in small dimensions. SOLUTION: This belt fastener (1) is equipped with a base (10) with which a toothed belt (6) can be slidably engaged and first and second tooth stoppers (2, 3) which are turnably equipped on the base (10) and can be engaged with the tooth part (7) of the toothed belt (6). The first tooth stopper (2) forms a member to lock the toothed belt in one direction and can release the engagement with the tooth part (7) to loosen the fastener (1). Besides, the second tooth stopper (3) can be engaged with the tooth part (7) to fasten the fastener (1) and is pivotally supported coaxially with the first tooth stopper (2). |
