PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a body fluid to smoothly flow on a surface sheet of a disposable body fluid-absorbing wear. SOLUTION: The disposable body fluid-absorbing wear (sanitary napkin) 1 has the surface sheet 2 of a liquid permeable sheet material and a body fluid- absorbing core 4 positioned at the inner side of the surface sheet 2. The sheet material is made of any of a nonwoven fabric or a porous film. A face of the sheet material having a contact with a skin has a silicone resin layer 16 and a silicone oil layer 17.
