PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid applicator, which is used for writing utensils including a felt-tip pen, a ball point pen excellent in secular stability under highly damp state, a corrector, an adhesive applicator, a toilet set or the like. SOLUTION: In the housing tube of the fluid applicator, at the tip of which the efflux controlling mechanism of a fluid applicating liquid having a movable plug equipped at the end thereof, is housed being open to the air behind thereof and including at least a water-absorbable polymer, the fluid applicating liquid is mainly made of an organic solvent and the preferable movable plug is a gel-like movable plug including at least water-soluble polymer. |
