PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for deciding an extraction condition for extracting an area under consideration from a picked-up image. SOLUTION: The image processor 100 for respectively extracting the area under consideration having a prescribed feature from a plurality of the picked-up images is provided with an area-under-consideration acquisition part 204 for acquiring previously extracted areas under consideration, an extraction condition decision part 206 for deciding the extraction condition by using an image under consideration acquired by the area-under-consideration acquisition part, and an extraction part 210 for extracting the area under consideration from the picked-up image on the basis of the extraction condition decided by the extraction condition decision part 206.
