PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system where work efficiency can inexpensively be improved without permitting a third person to refer to a printing result when confidential information generated by using a portable terminal outside is to be outputted such as printing by using a public output device and to provide an information processing method. SOLUTION: A related information group constituted of related information where printing data, public device information and terminal information are associated is used, and printing data is obtained or generated in the portable terminal via a public line. The portable terminal requests the supply of the related information group from the server. The requested related information group is displayed to the portable terminal. Desired related information is selected from the displayed related information group. Selected related information is transmitted to a server. Selected related information is extracted from the related information group stored in the storage means and extracted related information is displayed to the portable terminal. Output data related to extracted related information is transferred to the public output device from the server based on an output instruction so as to output it. |
