HEAT-RESISTANT INSULATED COIL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strand conductor for heat resistant insulated coils, a heat-resistant insulated coil and its manufacturing method which has high deterioration strength stable for a long time even in a high temperature atmosphere over 300 deg.C. SOLUTION: A first laminated mica tape wound layer 2 is wound without reinforcements to form a strand conductor 3 as a strand insulator on a coil conductor 1 surface, the strand conductor 3 is wound with a winder to form a coil component 4. An adhesive layer 5 is formed on the surface of the coil component 4 and molded. A second laminate mica tape wound layer 6 is formed as a main insulator on the molded component 4 surface and an insulation tape wound layer 7 made of a fiber base is formed on the wound layer 6 to form a heat-resistant insulated coil 8.
