PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer the optimum guide information to an aged person or a physically handicapped person who is not required to be conscious of the present position. SOLUTION: Mobile network switchboards 3a and 3b acquire the positional registration information of a subscriber from a mobile network 4, based on the information offer request from a mobile unit 1, by making use of the positional registration being performed by base stations 2a and 2b automatically detecting the in-range position of a mobile unit 1 that a subscriber bears and informing it to a mobile network 4. They issue information offer requests to a data base center 5, acquire the candidate information menu fit for subscriber's in-range position from the data base center 5, and display it on the mobile unit 1. Furthermore, they offer more detailed information to the subscriber by conversation form, according to the candidate information menu.
