PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyhedral display object of which an entire form is not changed but has uniformity even when a pattern is changed, of which a surface is made into plane at all the time and improved in appearance and of which production is simplified by printing the pattern on one side of a material such as paper and providing folds on prescribed spots, and to provide a preparing method therefor. SOLUTION: A pair of patterns are displayed on one surface at all the time by successively sticking eight pieces a1, a2, b1, b2 c1, c2, d1, and d2, which have a pair of polygonal lines crossing a pair of confronted terminal edges and have tabs 1-8 for sticking at four corner parts positioned outsides rather than the polygonal lines on the rear side, on the tabs for sticking so that the polygonal lines of the pieces can be mutually orthogonal two by two, and a pair of pieces to respectively display a pair of patterns are successively folded horizontally or vertically to be rotated at 180 deg. on the polygonal lines. Thus, on such a polyhedral display object, at least four surfaces are successively displayed.
