PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gather maintenance information regarding the state of an image processor and to use it as design data. SOLUTION: The image processor which can input maintenance information on a device from an operation display part is equipped with a CPU which detects the operation state of the device, a display controller which displays an input picture for inputting maintenance information according to the contents of state change of the image processor at the operation display part when the state change is detected as the CPU performs the detection, a storage processing part which stores the maintenance information inputted through the displayed picture in a memory, and a communication interface for connecting to a network server which gathers the maintenance information of the image processor and processes the information as design data; and the storage processing part transfers the maintenance information stored in the memory through the communication interface, so that the maintenance information can be used as the design data. |
