PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office environment diagnostic system which can easily diagnose office environment even if a user does not have technical knowledge and to provide a computer readable recording medium recording information supply program. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a display means 24 displaying a plurality of question items arranged for respective diagnostic items for diagnosing the environment of an office as the question items with a plurality of choices prepared as answers to the question items, an input means 23 for selecting the desired choice from the multiple choices in the respective question items for the respective diagnosis items on a diagnostic picture displayed on the display means 24 and a control means 15 performing diagnosis for the respective diagnosic items based on the responses to the choices and displaying the diagnostic result on the display means.
