PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burst mode receiver resistant to noise, its clock signal and a data restoring method. SOLUTION: The receiver comprises a voltage control signal generator for multiplying the frequency of a system clock signal to generate a control signal at a level, corresponding to the multiplied frequency, a reset signal generator which delays an irregularly inputted signal in packet unit, in response to the voltage control signal and exclusive-ORs the delayed signal and the input signal to output a reset signal from the operation result, a clock signal generator for generating a signal having a level to be transitioned at mid-points of bits T contained in the packet, in response to the reset signal and the voltage control signal to output it as a restored clock signal, and an output buffer for buffering the input signal and outputting the buffered signal as a restored data, in response to the restored clock signal. |
