摘要

The video camera surveillance system subtracts pixel by pixel the current image from a reference image. A block transform is carried out producing transformed coefficients, and obtaining a spatial activity measure over the resultant image. A digital intrusion signal is found and compared with a reference intrusion detection level (12).
