PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a graphite laminar substance and a nanotube substance can be synthesized using only a light element and a technology combining a carbon nanotube and an ordinary semiconductor is not yet realized. SOLUTION: A graphite laminar substance is generated on the surface of a semiconductor by applying an electric field and injecting a large quantity of holes and then stripped from the surface. A nanotube substance is also synthesized by that process.
