PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily operate a personal computer 2 even in receiving a service for event provision such as a net live, and then receiving a service for another event provision. When the user wants to receive the service for the provision of the event A, a dynamic electronic certificate x to which the electronic tickets (a) and b are connected is presented at a ticket use site 7. Thus, the data of the event A contents are transmitted, and after the event A is ended, the invalidation data of the electronic ticket (a) and also transmitted. Moreover, when the user wants to successively receive the service for the provision of the event B, it is not necessary for the user to transmit the dynamic electronic certificate x again by operating a personal computer 2 for personal authentication since not only the electronic ticket (a) but also the electronic ticket b is connected to the dynamic electronic certificate x. |
