SOLUTION: A registered person who is preliminarily recorded in a server logs in through the Internet to a server 3 by a portable information terminal 18, and the server 3 transmits a picture based on the identification information to the portable information terminal 18 of the registered person in response to the identification information request of the registered person. Then, identification information based on the picture of the portable information terminal 18 read by a picture reading means 12 set at a place where the registered person visits is transmitted to the server 3, and the server 3 receives the identification information, and collates the received identification information with the identification information recorded in the server, and executes a prescribed processing based on the collation. |
