PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption by collecting the number of slave stations that one master station manages as much as possible, and cutting the power of the idle master station. SOLUTION: The master station is constituted of an occupation rate measuring part 1a for measuring the transfer quantity of data transferred between the master station and the corresponding slave station for prescribed time and calculating the occupation rate of a line, a memory 1b storing the occupation rate of the line, a LAN interface 1e, a wireless modem 1g to which an antenna 1f is connected, a power source part 1c for supplying power to the occupation rate measuring part 1a, the memory 1b and the wireless modem 1g and supplying or cutting power by an inputted control signal, a control part 1h for controlling the power source part 1c, the occupancy rate measuring part 1a, the memory 1b, the LAN interface 1e and the wireless modem 1g, and an auxiliary power source part 1d, which always supplies power to the LAN interface 1e and the control part 1h. |
