PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enables an ASP, which performs the business control and management of business by using a workflow management system and provides a function for the whole business consisting of a plurality of operations processed by a plurality of applications, to makes detailed settings by a provider, to define a charging system which is easy for a user to understand, and to facilitate the management of charging information by the provider. SOLUTION: A workflow managing method which holds process definition information defining the plurality of operations of the business and the process order among the operations, performs the execution management of the operations according to the process definition information, and records the execution history of the operations as workflow execution history information holds partial flow charging system definition information containing an arbitrary partial flow of the process definition information and a charging system for the execution of the partial flow so that they correspond to each other and computes a charged amount from the workflow execution history information. |
