PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust amounts of money that section owners pay so that the balance of repair cost savings does not become deficient. SOLUTION: A transmitter/receiver 11 receives arrears information showing the arrears state of the repair cost savings that the section owners of a multiple dwelling house pay from a financial institution terminal 3. According to the arrears information, an arrears rate prediction part 21 predicts a mean arrears rate and its standard deviation. A limit stress search device 20 calculates the accumulated savings and calculates limit stress under the restriction condition wherein the accumulated arrears are never less than the paid amount. A probability-below-limit calculating device 21 calculates the probability that the stress becomes less than the limit stress. A permissible risk inspecting device 18 decides whether the probability is within a permissible range and when the permissible range is exceeded, a revised amount calculating device 17 revises the repair savings.
