<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user who has used a notebook-sized personal computer for a long time from being given unpleasant feeling of his or her lap or hands due to heat by preventing the local increase of the temperature of the surface of the personal computer over a long period, and reducing the increase of the temperature of the whole surface of the personal computer. SOLUTION: A thin high performance vacuum heat insulating material is mounted in a limited size so as to be tightly interposed between a substrate heating part inside a personal computer and the surface of the personal computer so that the heat insulating efficiency can be improved.</p> |
