PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic multilayer board comprising a conductor layer formed on an outermost layer and ceramic layers, each having uniform adhesion strength and high strength. SOLUTION: A support sheet is coated with a ceramic slurry and dried to form ceramic green sheets 4, 5, 6, the green sheets are stacked, in such a layout that the contact surface between the support sheet and the ceramic green sheet 1 is an outermost layer, and a laminate having a conductive layer 8 on the outermost layer is sintered to manufacture a ceramic multilayer board. |
