摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a light source in heat dissipation. SOLUTION: This light source can be suitably arranged on a printed circuit board. The light source includes a flat board with an aperture at its center. A light emitting diode is arranged on a metal layer covering the bottom of the aperture and sealed up with a transparent sealing material. The metal layer serves as a heat path for heat released from the light emitting diode.
