PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent rush-out of a magnet during high speed rotation with a simplified and low cost configuration. SOLUTION: A rotor core 1, which rotates at the area near a power generation coil, is configured with a balance weight, 2 and a pair of magnetic poles which are provided in the opposite side of the balance weight 2 with respect to the rotation center of the rotor core 1 to hold the magnet and provided opposed with each other via a magnetic gap G. In this rotor core 1, a magnet- holding part 9 is provided integrally and continuously to the magnetic poles 3, 4 to prevent rushing-out of the magnet 5 via the magnetic gap G due to a centrifugal force.
