<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify and select objective persons who are requested to answer questionnaires under desired conditions. SOLUTION: A WWW server 2 when receiving a request for questionnaire research from a terminal 9 receives attribute information on the sex, age, hobby, special ability, etc., from the user of a mobile terminal 4 and registers the user as a questionnaire object candidate (S1 to S4). When the questionnaire research is conducted, it is decided (S10 to S15) whether current position information received from the questionnaire object candidate and the registered attribute information meet monitor conditions that the questionnaire research request source desires. When so, questions of the questionnaire research are sent to the questionnaire object candidate corresponding to the decision result and answers are received (S17 to S21). Thus, only candidates corresponding to the attribute information of the current position information meeting the desired monitor conditions can be selected out of questionnaire object candidates and the questionnaire research can be conducted.</p> |
