PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent another application different from a desired one from being erroneously rewritten. SOLUTION: In a step S11, a program for rewrite is loaded to a temporary memory. In a step S12, whether or not a common keyword written in the program for rewrite matches with the common keyword written in a loader and the program inside a program memory is judged. Further, in a step S13, whether or not an intrinsic keyword written in the program for rewrite matches with the intrinsic keyword written in the program inside the program memory is judged. Then, in the case of judging that the common keyword and the intrinsic keyword both match, advance to a step S14 is performed and the program inside the program memory is rewritten to the program for rewrite.
