A blocking element fixed against rotation on seat (2) or back (1) engages a counterpart element on the other part (1 or 2) to permit movement through a set angle between endstops (4f,4g) when the notcher (3b) is released. The blocking element is connected to the notcher range (3d,3f) and can disengage the counterpart element to enable the seat back to swivel beyond the preset setting range. As blocking element a bolt (4a) moves parallel to the swivel axis (6), the counterpart element taking the form of a blocking groove (3b) concentric to the swivel axis (6). The notcher range (3d,3g) is so joined to the bolt (4f) blocking element via a transfer element that the transfer can disconnect from the blocking element if the range of movement is exceeded. The notching range (3d,3f) is co-rotatably joined to the notcher lever (3c). |
