<p>It is intended to provide a method of improving the flavor of a sweetener and a method of improving the flavor of an edible product containing a sweetener. These methods can be carried out by using sclareolide and 2-acetylpyrrole together with a sweetener. According to these methods, aftertastes (astringency, bitterness, taste remaining in the mouth, etc.) due to sweeteners having a particularly high sweetness can be improved and thus edible products having improved flavors can be provided.</p> |
