<p>The present invention provides the tumor angiogenesis inhibitory factor-expressed efficiently virus specifically proliferating in tumor cells and uses thereof. The virus can, and is limited substantially to proliferate in tumor cells, also specifically and directly killes the tumor cells. By inserting into non-essential region of proliferation in virus genome proliferating in tumor cells the nucleotide sequence of tumor angiogenesis inhibitory factor. The copy number of angiogenesis inhibitory factor are increasing accompanying virus replicating in tumor cells. So the angiogenesis inhibitory factor is expressed efficiently in tumor cells, and inhibits tumor angiogenesis, neoplasia, growth, metastasis.</p> |
