The current invention contemplates recycling steel making materials back int o the process. The various embodiments of the current invention include method s of preparing and manufacturing steel processing materials comprising at leas t partially recycled steel making materials. In one embodiment, the steel processing material comprises a dried post combustion material(PCM), the recycled steel making material, and a slag foaming material. In various embodiments of the current invention, the recycled steel making material may have moisture content removed and/or may be mixed with other processing materials.
