An infusion set (1, 100, 100') is attached to the skin of a wearer by a conformable tape or path (220, 220'). The tape is of a multilayer construction, comprising a breathable layer (226, 226'), preferably formed from a silicone elastomer or hydrocolloid, and optionally a support layer (222), such as a layer of polyester. An adhesive layer (240) is provided for attaching the tape to the wearer's skin. A second adhesive layer (234), or a mechanical means (252) attaches the tape to the infusion set.
