Use of lanostane derivatives (I) and their salts for preparation of an antiinflammatory composition, is new. Use of lanostane derivatives of formula (I) and their salts for preparation of an antiinflammatory composition, is new: R1 - R5 = hydrogen, 1-6C alkyl or 2-10C acyl.
