<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of performing the deburring and the precise machining of a tooth flank of a work with teeth by using a single clamping means. SOLUTION: This device comprises a tool spindle, a motor for driving the tool spindle, a work spindle having a clamping means for the work, a sensor which measures the angular position of the teeth of the work with respect to the axis of the work and is correlated with the work spindle, and an electronic gear which couples the tool spindle with a drive motor of the work spindle, and relatively rotates a precise machining tool and the work according to the sensor signal so that the teeth and the space are arranged. At least one deburring tool with teeth is fixed on the tool spindle in addition to the precise machining tool. The rotational position of the deburring tool and the precise machining tool to the tool spindle is determined by the indexing.</p> |
