PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deburring method and device offering compact construction permitting deburring work in a short time in synchronization with a press machine. SOLUTION: The deburring device M comprises a brush driving mechanism part 10 and a belt conveyor part 30. The brush driving mechanism part 10 has a carrier 12 rotatable on a main shaft 11 supported by a frame 2 and a spindle 13 arranged at a position eccentric with the main shaft 11 of the carrier 12, and a brush body 5 is mounted on the spindle 13. A V-pulley portion 121 is formed on the carrier 12 and connected to a V-pulley 15 mounted on a motor 14 via a V-belt 16. A sun gear portion 112 is arranged on the main shaft 11 and connected to a planetary gear mechanism portion 132 arranged on the spindle 13 via a timing belt 19 to form a planetary gear mechanism. As a result, the brush body 5 mounted on the spindle 13 can be rotated as well as revolved on the main shaft 11. |
