摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head in which ink flow is not curved in the nozzle and the ejecting direction of ink drop is straightened. SOLUTION: In order to realize stabilized ejection characteristics regardless of an axial shift inevitable in the process for bonding a nozzle plate and a channel plate of an ink jet recording head, a fact that positional shift of shooting substantially falls within an allowable range for a parameter r regardless of the magnitude of axial shift is proved because a relation r>0.3ϕ/h is satisfied where h is the length of the nozzle,ϕis the average inside radius of the nozzle, and r=(d-δ)/(d+δ) is a parameter indicative of the magnitude of axial shift assuming d is the magnitude of level difference, andδis the distance (axial shift) between the axis of a nozzle 11 and the axis of a pressure generating chamber 12. When the magnitude of level difference is set equal to d according to this formula, an ink drop can be ejected while satisfying a required shooting accuracy.
