PURPOSE: An assist steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to smoothly rotate a steering wheel body, to prevent the leakage of oil by using air, and to absorb a shock in a collision. CONSTITUTION: An assist steering wheel of a vehicle comprises a plate(100) fixed on a head lining via a bolt and a nut, a steering wheel body(200) of which both ends are rotatably combined with the upper portion of the plate, a torsion spring(300) interposed between the steering wheel body and the plate and for elastically supporting the steering wheel body toward the head lining, and a damping unit(400) placed between the steering wheel body and the plate and generating an air damping force for preventing the rapid return of the steering wheel body via the torsion spring.
