SOLUTION: A surface floor 2 is supported on a floor base 1 by supporting legs 10 in which pedestals 12 composed of an elastic body and surface-floor supporting members 13 are connected by shaft materials 11, and a cushioning plate 18 is arranged between the surface floor 2 and the floor base 1 so that the first and second space sections 19 and 20 are formed. A plurality of hole sections 23, 23 and the like communicating the first and second space sections 19 and 20 are formed to the cushioning plate 18, and the supporting legs 10, 10 and the like are inserted into a plurality of these hole sections 23, 23 and the like.
