PURPOSE: A tube pump is provided to simplify and downsize the structure and to take an advantage in reducing the size, particularly the thickness thereof. CONSTITUTION: A tube pump(1A) is composed of a main body(2) to which a tube(100) is attached, a rotor(5), an oscillator(6) located with contacting to an outer circumferential surface of the rotor, and a plurality of rollers(10) mounted to the rotor for pressurizing and squeezing the tube. The oscillator is an almost rectangular-shaped plate and is formed by laminating an electrode, a piezoelectric element, and a reinforcing plate. When an alternating current voltage is applied to the piezoelectric element, the oscillator longitudinally oscillates at minute amplitude as the piezoelectric element expands and contracts. The rotor receives a frictional force and a pressing force from convex portions(66,67) when the oscillator expands, and rotates by receiving the repetitively frictional force and pressing force.
