PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation shield material which is superior in molding capability and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The radiation shield material is made by mixing with (a) thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer and their mixture as a substrate, (b) low-melting temperature metal with melting temperature 300 deg.C or lower, and (c) metal powder and its production method.
