PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a opto-electric merged wiring substrate and an optical wiring substrate in which an electromagnetic wave interference noise is prevented and the degree of freedom for designing is high. SOLUTION: The opto-electric merged wiring substrate has an electronic device 103, optical devices 105 and 106, an electric wiring 104 and an optical transmission sheet 100 which optically connects the optical devices. The optical transmission sheet 100 has a structure of a lamination of a plurality of optical waveguide layers 101 and 102, and the optical signal outputted from the optical device 105 propagates via at least two or more optical waveguide layers 101 and 102 and is inputted into the other optical device 106. |
