HYDRAULIC DOUBLE STRUCTURAL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic double structural valve as improvement of a conventional valve system conforming to the safety regulations and relevant restrictions in which the machine system must hinder a machine tool from moving farther when the component parts of the valve system have committed a mulfunction and also the valve system, after the component parts of the valve system go in failure, must hinder the machine tool from starting a new operating cycle certainly. SOLUTION: The control valve system is structured so that its main valves 12 and 14 are energized or deenergized with manipulations of pilot valves 24 and 26. The main valves are energized by energization of the pilot valves, and the fluid pressure is emitted from the control valve system. The main valves should be actuated within a specified time in order to preclude generation of an erroneous condition. A timing chamber 38 stores a certain amount of fluid for deciding the time in which the main valves should be actuated.
