PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking apparatus capable of uniformly supplying microwaves into a heating chamber, and executing powerfully heating with a heater. SOLUTION: A heating chamber is provided in the frame 5 of a body. A magnetron 12 is mounted on a right side surface of the frame 5 of the body and on the right side in the heating chamber. On the frame 5 of the body a sheet shaped upper heater 13 is mounted, and on a rear of the frame 5 of the body a heater unit 140 equipped with a lower heater 14 and a fan 14a is mounted. Upon heating the upper heater 13 mainly heats an upper portion in the heating chamber, and the heater unit 140 heats a lower portion in the heating chamber. Microwaves emitted from the magnetron 112 are supplied into the heating chamber from a bottom of the heating chamber.
