PURPOSE: A multi-functional audio phone is provided to simultaneously amplify voice signals received from the second sound device(telephone) and the third sound reproducing device and output the amplified signals through one output device. CONSTITUTION: A voice signal control unit(201) senses electric voice signals inputted from at lease three or more inter-different media to a sound reproducing device of an audio phone and voice signals of the third sound device inputted through a user interface unit(50), and independently and simultaneously processes the electric voice signals, and outputs the processed voice signals. The user interface unit(50) performs an interface so that a user controls the voice signal control unit(201). The first interface unit(203) connects the voice signal control unit(201) to the user interface unit(50), and connects the user interface unit(50) to the third sound device(40).
